Sale:
Commission is negotiable between 4.0% to 5.0%
depending on sale price.

Short-Sale: Amount of commission is determined
or approved or negotiated with bank(s) or financial
institution(s) that has the mortgage on property.

REOs:
Commission is negotiable between 4% to 5% depending
on the number REOs the bank or financial institution
will sell through our services and type services
requested with the sale of REOs.

Investors:
Commission is negotiable between 3.5% to 4.5%
depending on the number of properties investor will
sell through our services and if investor will use
our services to purchase too.
Commission
is calculated as a percentage of the sales price and
split between listing-office and selling-office.
Listing-office is the one representing the seller.
Selling-office is the one representing the buyer. For
example, if seller agrees with us to list a home for 5%
commission, this commission will be split as follows
2.5% for listing-office and 2.5% for selling-office. Out
of any commission seller agrees to list a home with us,
we typically offer to selling-office 2.5% commission.
