Before you start looking for a mobile home, you shall contact first a
mobile home lender to be pre-qualified
or approved for a loan.
Where do I look for a
mobile home loan?
There are many sources, you may contact local Banks, Saving & Loans,
Credit Unions or lenders in the Internet. When you had found a lender, ask
for appointments to find out more about mobile home loans programs. For the most part lenders are competitive,
but shop around to compare
rates, loan products, lenders' fees, etc.
